Personalized & Made-to-Order Items
Many of our products — including leather bags, accessories, and custom prints — are made to order or personalized.
These items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
If you experience an issue, email us at support@colemanschoice.com with photos within 14 days, and we will assist promptly.
Non-Personalized Items
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (if eligible), and then place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EU Customers
If your order ships into the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
Items must still arrive unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
