How quickly will I receive a response?

We review messages in the order they are received and always aim to reply as promptly as possible.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

Because many of our items begin production quickly, changes may not always be possible.

If you notice an error, please email support@colemanschoice.com as soon as possible with your name and order number. We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.

How long does processing take?

Most items are made to order.

• Standard items: 1–5 business days
• Personalized jewelry: 1–3 business days
• Premium journals: 2–4 business days
• Luxury leather items: 1–2 business days

Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

How long does shipping take?

United States
• Standard: 3–5 business days

International
• Typically: 5–10 business days
• Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Not always.

Because we work with multiple production partners, items in the same order may ship separately. Each shipment will include its own tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
