How quickly will I receive a response?

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

Because many of our items start production quickly, address changes are not always possible once an order begins processing.

If you notice an error, please email support@colemanschoice.com immediately with your name and order number. We’ll try our best to make the correction before the item ships.


How long does order processing take?

Processing time varies based on the product and the production partner:

  • Most items: 1–5 business days
  • Luxury Leather Collection: 1–2 business days
  • Premium Journals: 2–4 business days
  • Personalized Jewelry: 1–3 business days

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


How long does shipping take?

Shipping speeds vary depending on the product type and your location:

United States

  • Economy: 4–8 business days
  • Standard: 2–5 business days
  • Express (when available): 1–3 business days

International

  • Typically 7–21 business days, depending on region and customs
  • Some products may ship from regional production partners and arrive sooner

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.


Will my order arrive in one package?

Not always.
Because we work with multiple production partners, items in the same order may ship separately.
Each shipment will include its own tracking number.


An item I ordered is out of stock — what happens?

If an item cannot be produced, we will notify you by email.
You may choose a replacement or receive a full refund for that item.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
Delivery times vary by country and customs policies. International customers may be responsible for local duties or import fees.


What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We want you to love your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 14 days at support@colemanschoice.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item
  • We will take care of you right away.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your item ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
